Job Description

We have an opening for a customer focused, dynamic, high achiever with experience in promoting products and solutions of new and used agriculture and turf equipment. As part of the sales team, the Sales Representative enjoys meeting with people, creating the best solutions for customers and strives to exceed expectations.

A successful candidate for a Sales Representative meets the following qualifications:

• Minimum 1-year equipment sales experience
• Knowledge of agricultural or turf equipment, John Deere equipment knowledge preferred
• Understanding of farming operations, a strong asset
• Technology experience; laptops, tablets, Microsoft Office, internet and precision farming
• Understanding of basic sales reports to analyze and interpret data
• Ability to work flexible hours and live in the area
• Valid driver's license required; forklift license an asset
• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a variety of personalities
• Enjoy problem solving, information gathering and probing deeper
• Motivated to exceed expectations through goal setting and targets
