Responsibilities
This position will perform diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer-owned compact construction equipment. Repairs will take place in shop and in field with direction from the CCE Mobile Service Manager.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair compact construction equipment, with emphasis on hydraulic, electrical, and powertrain systems
- Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently; service reports, allocation of time, and tracking parts charged and returned
- Maintains customer satisfaction by ensuring customer needs and deadlines are met
- Complete all scheduled repairs in a safe and efficient manner
- Ensure equipment and parts areas are in excellent, safe operating condition
- Adheres to all safety rules and maintains quality housekeeping in shop area
- Maintains equipment and supplies to avoid waste, prevent accidents, and damage to personnel and equipment

Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years or more of experience with Heavy Equipment or Compact Construction Equipment
Preferred
- Associates in related technical field (Diesel Technology)
- 4 years or more experience with Heavy Equipment and Compact Construction Equipment
